What vaccinations does my pet need for pet grooming?+
Your pet must have an up-to-date Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine. We also strongly recommend having Distemper, Influenza, and Rabies vaccines for added protection.
What are the drop-off times for pet grooming?+
Weekdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Can I drop-off my pet after 11:00 AM?+
Yes, we offer a late check-in window from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM. However, please note there's an additional $15 late fee per pet.
Is a rush fee available?+
Yes, for an extra $15 per pet, you can move your pet to the front of the grooming queue.
How long does the pet grooming process take?+
Grooming times vary by breed, coat length, and service type. Drying can take 15 minutes to 2–3 hours. We will call you when your pet is ready.
